Ballistic Slam needs a buff but not like Shoulder charge
This melee is excellent in PvE but is a Death wish in PvP. Some people may say to make it OHK like shoulder charge, but that would make it too OP as it is area of effect with no risk.
I suggest it be the same as the top tree of Fists of havoc; that is, it does more damage depending on the height. This would make it a high risk high reward melee, as whole you’re boosting up to that kill height you are left completely vulnerable.

I've had this idea for a while but couldn't really think of how bungie could implement it... Terminal velocity just increases the damage after being in the air a short time but doesn't really continuously buff the super. It's just a flat increase. With all the maps being as tight as they are...it wouldn't always be that great, so I think a compromise of just buffing it to 150 damage would be a better option as it would be more consistent as well as not be self limiting.
