So I have done these before ... Giving small gifts to the hidden cats around dreaming city. Usually you walk up to them if you have a small gift in your inventory and it allows you to give it to the statue. Today... The cats moved. After much searching I located four... But none allowed me to give the small gift I got in my drop. Am I missing something ? Why won't this work like usual?
