I'm also still getting the Weasel Error. Before I found this thread I independently tried the majority of the steps you have with the same results. Based on the experiences multiple other people who are experiencing this issue, the problem is linked to specific accounts rather than hardware (the issue is console agnostic), Internet route or geographical region. @Bungie - I know you don't want to devote any resources to fixing a legacy game on legacy consoles, but there have to be thousands of people who are experiencing this problem, 99.9% of which can't be bothered to comment on the forums and simply move onto playing a different game. All this needs is for someone in your second line support team to have a look and they will probably be able to fix the problem is 5 minutes flat.
