To whomever reads this please understand I play solo a lot so apologies if it may seem I am a bit opinionated but this is more of a what would happen if it could happen post, if that makes sense. So...we all know Trails is gone this season and understandably so. The competitive playlist has gotten...better. They removed breakthrough (Thank god!) for now. But as a solo player I put my headset on and loaded in with some pretty cool and chill guardians in trails when it was live and back then I sucked in my opinion. Now obviously I wasn’t terrible to the point they had to drag me across the floor to win the games, but I wiped some opposing fireteams occasionally. That aside, still being a solo player weapons in the competitive should be hard, should be a heavy grind but do able. For trails, I believe should still be hard, should the hardest thing for a player in destiny but for those who can’t get a fireteam or are nervous and don’t like talking to people when gaming (which I completely understand some people are afraid to do that) should be able at least get a taste of the trails lore. Not by selecting a guardian in the tower that has trails gear but to see it in person, cause let’s be honest, and it may just be me but the lore behind the nine is pretty freaking cool. Obviously the third spire or even a higher location within that spire should be reserved for players that put their hearts into being the best, but for those who can’t play trails, maybe they have to play a secret mission or a hard mission to see the spire but the lower tier of the spire, get a taste of that lore in person and possibly think, “I want to know more. I must git gud!”. That’s just my fruit for thought. Apologies for any mistakes in grammar or typos it’s something that just popped in my head while bored at work but think about it. The nine are pretty cool beings, and to possibly hang out in the spire with friends on a Friday evening learning their ways. Fruit for thought!
