No Second Seed of Light On Blind Well Tier II
I just played tier 2 in the blind well 2 times and the seed of light did not drop. Is it a random drop or does it drop at a certian power level?

I got it when I finished the gateway bounty on two of my characters.

It's compete RNG I got it after 4 attempts with my lock but within 10 mins of me getting to the dreaming city with my titan

It took me about 8-10 tries before it dropped for me. It might be sooner for you.
