I've been grinding the Redrix Broadsword quest this season and had reset my valor rank twice before I got to the final step of the quest, which is to achieve 5 valor rank resets in a season. I saw a ton of posts and articles saying that that particular quest step was retroactive, but I can't for the life of me get it to acknowledge that I've already reset my rank twice. What do I have to do to get the progress to apply to the quest step? I've got the triumph card to prove I've already reset it twice, but the damn quest counter won't read it.
