'Scavenger' and 'Ammo Finder' perks, what do we know for sure about them?
Some people say that finder doesn't increase ammo spawn rate. And some people say these perks don't stack. Others say scavenger is way more useful than finder.
Now, is there any certain explaination on how these perks work?
Is finder effective or not, or only in some cases?
Do these perks stack ?

It would be nice if Bungle said how it works, but I don’ think that they even know, or care.

All i am about to say was seen after i did lots of forge activities last night. So i rock 3 heavy ammo finders on me (helmet, gauntlets, cape) and what i noticed is very wierd. When i have whisper equipped, i get loads of bricks, when i have sleeper, i barely get 1, even nothing and that goes same for thuderlord... But when i use a bad omens, well, i get some sort of middle ground. Its funny cuz when i have absolutely no heavy ammo, i swap to whisper to start getting those and then swap back to whatever. I really need some dude for bungie to clear this up for all of us.

1x rocket Scavenger is + 1 ammo picked up. So if you normally get 2...you get 3. I have 2 rocket scavenger so i get 4 rockets per box. And 3 rockets if i kill someone with heavy in crucible.

I swear ammo finder doesn’t work for heavy half the time. When one goes through 2 parts of a raid without a single heavy drop with the perk you’d think it’s broken or bugged.

2 RespuestasI watched a streamer with heavy finder on run out of primary a few times over waiting on a heavy drop so who knows I think they work where Bungie wants them to work. I notice in most lower activities they cause it to rain ammo but bungie considers a lack of ammo adding difficulty in the game.....
