How do we get our 3rd Seed of Light?
I want to use Banner Shield now. I fully upgraded the other two. And to be honest, I only bought this DLC for the new abilities. I want my money's worth!

You can get 1 per character each week from the blind well tier 2 or 3.

Theres a room for the forth near garden of esiles i guess we have wait till it opens because it looked just like the blind well room with something the middle but the panel was on the floor

No one has gotten the third yet. Either it’s time gated or it’s something we’ve yet to find within the dreaming city.

I got the second seed Saturday, did tier 3 three times today(Wednesday) after the reset. NO SEEDS DROPPED

I have grinder both tier 2 and 3s. You can’t get your 3rd seed there. Blind well will only drop 2nd seed in a tier 2-3.

I can confirm that they drop from tier 2 well of souls. It doesn't drop everytime though so you may need to grind it. I have heard that they drop immediately in tier 3 but still unconfirmed.
