It dropped on my second game of forsaken pvp. Maybe it was the first, not sure.

Went into rumble last night for the cayde's will quest hand cannon headshots and the quest dropped as i was flying in at the start of the first match. Did my wife's too and it dropped for her at end of the first match. Haven't started it yet so can't offer any tips unfortunately

Pretty sure I beat the campaign and then unlocked the dreaming city then just got a quest to go and see Amanda Holliday. As for tips: - 20 shotgun kills in crucible, given how crucible is set up now this should be easy. -15 gambit kills, these count for both invading and killing invaders. Sleeper or any other linear fusion is your friend here. You may have to play like a bit of a dick for a couple of games and lurk at the teleporter. Next you need crucible kills with various elements. +5% for a kill -1% per death. The big thing to remember here is once you get an element to 100% it’s locked at 100% so just go all out for one element at a time. Find a decent elemental gun for each element and pretty much just spam that. Even if you only get a kill once per life you’ll still complete it quickly.

Talk to amanda holiday after beating campaign

I had it drop twice from Spider after doing something after the story. Can’t remember what exactly but I know it’s after the main story ... one of the the extra missions you have to do. That part of the quest that you need to get kills with Arc/solar/void... pick one element and load out your subclass and weapons to match. Make sure that you have it selected to track progress so you can bring up your ghost and see the percentage. Once you get to 100% for one, it is locked and you won’t lose progress on death. I did all 3 in one Crucible match this way.
