Hi! Thank you for your report.
If you're having issues with a piece of armor, you may want to delete the armor piece then reacquire it at the Statue in the Tower.

Went to Io and killed the Cabal Drill heroic boss and Viadon, the Taken Minotaur who spawns after. Those immediately completed my bond. Maybe an update to the bond's description would make this clearer since Raid bosses, Strike bosses, Nightfall bosses and Lost Sector bosses DON'T count while Heroic PE bosses do. A possible suggestion I would make is if the objective read "Defeat Public Event bosses" instead of just "Defeat bosses" it could probably clear up a lot of confusion amongst players. Thanks again for the assistance.

Actually I have progressed the challenge by defeating Strike bosses - you're obviously not guaranteed to advance unless you are the one both killing the boss, as well as doing the most amount of damage to it.

Hi there, Thank you for the response. I deleted my bond from Orbit. Flew in to the Traveler, picked up another bond. I then flew to Nessus and killed the boss of The Conflux Lost Sector. This still reports no progress towards the objective and remains at 8/10.
