Has anyone else noticed the strange voice at the beginning of some Nessus patrols? Normally, it's Failsafe or a vanguard leader, but once in a while, it's a strange voice that dosen't belong to anyone I remember being introduced in any of the story... It's a deep male voice. I just noticed it again when picking up the "kill everything" patrol in artifact's edge.
