I've seen like 4 or 5 different posts in the past week complaining about the endgame and loot in general, and the one problem it all comes back to is drop rates. Strike specfic loot drops way too rarely for those who pump absurd hours into the game, catalysts for certain weapons are about as common as getting struck by lightning, and yet exotic and legendary engrams are sprinkled among the playerbase like cotton candy.
Someone phrased it perfectly: the line between Bungie respecting the player's time versus providing a grind has been overshot by a country mile; the loot isn't even worth it in the end but is still impossible to get for those who actually play it. That's just my opinion, and maybe the rates don't need changing.
Anyone who agrees/disagrees: I'd love to hear some arguments and opinons. Stuff doesn't get fixed unless it gets attention.

Solution Nightfall specific loot: 150.000 points for guaranteed drop. For most people this will be hard enough.

Editado por DredgensirisO-1: 6/26/2018 9:36:47 AMRng is terrible. I haven't gotten any of the strike catalysts. Friend got one from NF. We were in the same fireteam for the same amount of time. I do my 9 heroic strikes for milestones plus I help friends and my brother. As long as they are in game forever I'll get them someday, or not and it's ok.

I just play the game in moderation. I know the drop rates are terrible for catalysts and Nightfall gear so I'm not going to deliberately grind for them. If they drop, they drop. If they don't, they don't.

Are abysmal.

Ultimately: RNG. Some get the drops in one run. Others run 100s with no luck. Random will be random.
