So Vance offers only 3 verses per week, if he is offering ones you have already finished, you will need to wait for the weekly reset. Unfortunately he doesn’t always offer the ones we need.
I had an issue with verse 8, I was loading into the tower as I was finishing the verse 8 material infusion. As I was finishing the infusion my screen changed and I was landing in the tower. My verse was gone and so was the material. Long story long, I had to wait 2+ weeks for him to offer verse 8 again.
Be patient Guardian, he will offer the final verses.

I was very afraid i had somehow accidentally locked myself out of getting the verses, since i now have gotten the shotgun and the shell, but am still missing some of the other weapons. Ill stay patiently waiting for the verses i miss to come around.
