I went on to the faction rally with every piece of FWC armor except for the titan mark. I've opened 24 crates on my titan and have not gotten the FWC mark once. The majority of them have been weapon only drops. With the way these are set up (insane grind for a week, we'll only be able to pledge to each faction once if we want a shot at each) it's really frustrating that I may need to pick between unlocking the season 3 ornaments for FWC and going for the other 2 factions.
