Merged/Combined Bungie.net Accounts (Battle.net + PS4) | "Old" information missing
Hello :-)
I played Destiny 1 on PlayStation 4, had a bungie.net account linked to that PS4 account and a lot of information on this profile...
I switched platforms for Destiny 2 (on PC) and wanted to combine / merge my bungie.net accounts, so everytime I click on "PlayStation" on my profile I see my PS4 Destiny stats and everytime I click on "Battle.net" Information I see my current stats etc. Said - Done.
It seems that [u]all[/u] my information of the PS4 Profile (linked into my "new" battle.net Account) is gone??
[b]My questions:[/b]
1.) Is this information gone for good?
2.) Is there any way to "restore" my old profile?
[b]What I did:[/b]
1.) Created a bungie.net account, based on battle.net information
2.) Settings > Account etc.
3.) Combine Accounts
4.) Combined my old PS4 Account into my new battle.net account

1 RespuestaSide note: both profiles (no matter if I log in with my psn account or battle net account) have the same bungie ID... (number under the name / profile picture)

Hello, Destiny 1 character information is no longer available on Bungie.net or in the Destiny app as of August 2017. If you intended to link your Blizzard account to your old Bungie Profile please follow the steps in the Profile recovery section of this help article. [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130]BUNGIE.NET PROFILE: ACCOUNT CREATION, LINKING, AND RECOVERY[/url] Keep in mind any emblem or shader codes you had for Destiny 1 or 2 you redeemed on your old account are attached to that old account only and only accounts attached to that old account can use the items awarded by the codes. So you may want to attach the PlayStation account back to the old Bungie profile.

1 RespuestaEditado por Rafiki: 4/26/2018 10:24:41 PMDear Guardian, You will need to perform an account juggle if you wish to move your battle.net account over to be linked with your older PS4 account here on Bungie.net. The best way to do this is to create a new psn or xbla account and link that to the profile with your battle.net. Then, log out of Bungie and log back in using the new account to access the profile. Unlink your battle.net then log out. Log back into your older profile and link your battle.net through there. Doing this will affect any Bungie.net code usages for emblems in game, meaning you will only have emblems for the Bungie.net profile that you are linked to. Basically, if you have emblems on your newer profile that are not on your older one, you will not be able to use them or have those emblems transferred over.
