Hidden prophecies?
So I have completed 10/12 prophecies (All handed in by my Warlock) and suddenly I’m not being given either of the two that I’m missing. Is anyone else having this issue? And do you know possible solutions?

You're only given a certain amount of them each week, and they're chosen randomly. You won't be given duplicates, so it's possible to get no verses during a week.

There are only 11. Wait till next reset to get the last one.

Certain verses are available certain weeks. Just check back next week.
