Constantly Getting Weasel, Anteater, and other connectivity issues

Description: So I have been getting a ton of Weasel, and Anteater errors when trying to do nearly everything within the game. This started after the Dawning update happened. Now I have done nearly everything within the Networking Troubleshooting guide. I am connected via a cable to the router which is connected via a cable to the modem which is connected via a cable to the jack in the wall. I have reset my router. Made sure that all drivers on the computer and the router and modem are up to date. I have reset the modem. I ran the Scan and Repair, that came up empty. I did a complete reinstall of the game. I updated my firewalls. I even removed my firewalls. Now the only thing I haven't tried is contacting my ISP, because that would be more of a hassle than this should be. The other reason I haven't contacted my ISP other than out of necessity and not wanting to bash my head against a wall as I am being transferred around, is because I have had no other connectivity issues with any other games that I play, mainly World of Tanks, Elder Scrolls Online, Starcraft II (played that with a friend that was playing Destiny 2 with me when this started...not a single hiccup in Starcraft), Minecraft, and Star Trek Online and GTA Online. So the likelihood of it having to do with my ISP is extremely slim. So any help or getting any kind of resolution for this would be great. Also if this can't be fixed I want my money back for the purchase. Thank you, and have a great day!
