Mystic Armor again? Nice. These would be awesome to implement into the game. Although with the state of D2 currently, I feel like it'd be normal to have them all active. Although, that's just me. I keep Merciless on at all times, sometimes switching to Dubious Volley for Public Event running.

It’s meant to be more of a trade off. If you want to use an exotic weapon you can choose from the perk you like better, or if you’re someone that doesn’t use exotic weapons much or simply want to utilize both perks then that option is there as well.
