[Blind lasts for 2.5 seconds] —>Kill Clip —>Under Pressure —>Exotic Perk 2: (Laying to Rest) Blinding an enemy gives you incredibly fast reload speed for a short time. [Lasts 5 seconds] ENERGY: EXOTIC VOID TRACER RIFLE Name: Eater of Hearts RoF: 880 Impact: 11 Range: 70 Stability: 66 Reload Speed: 40 Handling: 39 Magazine size: 80 —>This weapon fires a steady void powered laser. Weapon Perks: —>Exotic Perk 1: (No Life Lost) Steady damage done to a target will heal a portion of your health. [This would heal somewhere around 60 health/shield] —>Hand-Laid Stock —>High Impact Reserves —>Exotic Perk 2: (Ruthless) Dealing damage with 50% of the magazine to a single target will automatically reload 25% of the magazine.
