Universal Wonder sounds cool. However, giving Bloom universally to all classes is a bit much, possibly. I'm just thinking about it with Attunement of Hunger (Devour Voidwalker) and it might be a touch ridiculous.
One in Infinity is really cool and makes Shadowshot give even more crowd control, maybe a good rival to Orpheus Rig.
Proven Wrath... I can't have an opinion for it because I'd need some visual as to how big the shockwave is compared to normal Fist of Havoc.

The warlock one would definitely need to be tuned just right because it would rock with solar or pulse grenades. But it would give a competitor to the current king of grenades *cough* striker *cough* lol. And yeah the tether I feel had a good amount of room to play with ideas. As for the Titan, the shockwave would be significant enough to be considered as a viable choice, especially in pvp.
