Awesome ideas once again. Tunneling Vision and Prototype-Dolphin sound cool for DPS concepts, although I'm almost concerned as to how well the Sniper Rifle would work. Kill Clip lasts quite a long time, and can easily deliver a lot of damage. Maybe have it where only Precision Damage returns ammo? But that's just me and incentivizes the idea of headshots. Scorching Needle overall sounds pretty balanced, more for clearing ads than boss damage, and the fusion of Pulse Rifle for a Scout Rifle with its exotic perks is indeed something worth experimenting with. I haven't mentioned it yet, but thank you for making these. It's a welcome break away from the salt and venom.
