I can't get my pre-order bonus 'Coldheart'. What to do?
Hi there,
I'm [u]already level 20 and finished the campaign[/u] and I'm in the middle of the endgame but still the gunsmith, the post office, the vault or anyone haven't got my 'Coldheart'.
I entered the code in the PS4 store and it succeeded but no download with the coldheart or anything has started.
[i]Playstation[/i] support (via phone!) couldn't help me and now I'm out of ideas. Even the weekly reset didn't help.
Is there any way that I can still get the weapon?

Hey man , On the PS4 home screen where you see all your games hit down on the arrow pad on Destiny 2. From there you want to scroll down to where you see PlayStation Store. It should show you the add ons for the game. There will be a sub category on the add ons called "Your Add-ons". Go on there and you will be able to see the Add-ons you are able to download. For me, for example, I have the expansion pass, salute emote and coldheart pre order pack.
