Have we not learned what endless nerfi g has gotten us? D1 this grenade would've been alright, nothing more, nothing less. Why is this? Because the movement wasn't sluggish. That being said, these pulses are still really easy to counter, more out of the way. You have summoned me.

Lol that isn't "Countering and you're basically down to half health after it hits you so running away isn't an option against a good player.

It's a grenade - we're lucky it doesn't instantly kill you With a pulse grenade it still has to be placed in a decent position to be effective But if you're not instantly killed you have time to run : away, shoot back, throw your own grenade, n use your super Yes you may not have enough health to be effective- n you may die out right in battle or trade - but keep in mind we're talking specifically about PvP- the nerf you're requesting effects both PvP n PvE - I don't want to lose the effects of pulse grenades for raids or whatever because they can kill in 2 to 3 pulses in crucible

No, I'm stating that it effects only PVP, balance changes in this game don't need to effect both PVE and PVP they could easily balance PVP seperately from PVE and it would fix every complaint that comes through.

If you're not familiar, bungie doesn't separate PvP from PvE- the community has been asking for this for years - in destiny 1 the PvP nerfs ruined or at least reduced the impact of plenty of exotics and class abilities
