The problem is that they gave the forums everything that they asked for.
Grenade spam- solved
Shotgun and sniper whores- solved
Not enough primary gun fights- solved
Ability spam- solved.

Its true. If the reward system was better I would enjoy PvE as-is. If p2p hosting wasnt terrible, I would also enjoy PvP.
-
Removing it entirely dosent solve anything
-
Yeah but why did PVE have to suffer from these changes when it was supposed to be designated for pvp
-
For PVE woes, simply look to Activision.
-
I know I’ve said this before but instead of activision it should have been naughty dog to help bungie a with destiny.
-
Now that would have been interesting.
-
Everybody said "too much sugar". What Bungie did was not lower the amount of sugar as any normal individual would do...finding a good balance....instead they changed sugar to monkey piss. The argument that Bungie gave the community what it asked for, itself profoundly misunderstanding what was actually asked for, is saying that the answer to complaints that waiting lists at hospitals are too long is to close the hospitals.
-
Nobody knows what they want anymore.
-
I do. I want my Zhalo Supercell back.
-
You get it.
-
I'd like to be one who goes on record and says I love those changes.
-
The only change that I would make is either a damage bump to shotguns( kind of weak in pve) or an ammo increase.
-
I wouldn't be against that. I never use shotguns myself, but buffing their damage wouldn't change anything in the Crucible, so why not.
-
A consensus has been reached! 😄
-
Only the PVP crowd complained about these things.
-
Wrong. PvP people weren’t the ones complaining, because we adapted. The casual pve dorks complained
-
wrong, it was mostly the PVE crowd who had to go in the crucible for whatever reason cried about
-
Wrong again. Trials ruined Destiny.
-
Wrong again. Trials ruined Destiny.
This is true. No one really cared too much that 6v6 was unbalanced. It was still fun and plenty easy to get kills if you have 2 thumbs. Marketing trials as this super sweaty exclusive pvp event with 3v3 led to people complaining about imbalances. Instead of destroying crucible they could have simply changed the rules of trials. Reduce grenade and super rate ONLY in trials. Provide certain weapons to be used only each rotating week to make it “fair”. Instead to make trials more competitive and fair they ruined pvp. I actually do think this is a much better trials set up. No ability spamming and crazy Ice breakers. However, they deff -blam!-ed up regulat crucible with 4v4 and ability/super/special weapons.
-
I never cried. As a member of the fun police, I enjoyed shutting the fools down. Most of the salt and tears came from trials players.
-
Er.. no. PVE players who had to suffer playing you fools in the crucible to get their swords never stayed long enough to start caring or bitching about those "problems". Besides, we understood well enough the consequences when you cryhards would start calling for nerfs. Don't pin this fvckup on us.
-
oh but it is. all of the crybabies were the I hate crucible folks. this weapon killed me it must be OP, then it gets nerfed and cry it effected PVE nooooo.
-
You must live in an alternate reality.
-
Yep. People cry and complain so much that they actually ruin what is good. The game could be flawless and this forum would still be the same. For 60 bucks, some people expect to have unlimited content so they can sit on the couch and play destiny 16 hours a day.

Jet Set WillyIt’s all going concording to plan 😂🤣 - antiguos
While wanting every possible reward just for logging in AND demanding stuff to grind for as well.
