No faction
So I look in my character and my faction bath is not active. But even when I had the faction buff I was not gaining faction tokens. How do I re-pledge to a faction? And why was I not receiving tokens when pledged?

You can only pledge during a faction rally and same goes for earning tokens. The first rally ended on the 3rd. If you joined before the 3rd then you should have got a few tokens at least.
