Iron Banner Issues
So I’ve gotten
Scout Rifle x5
SMG x5
Sidearm x2
Hand Cannon x3
That’s it amongst the other trash I can get from anyone else
I feel I am being punished for playing instead of enjoying it.
They should add the chance of getting an iron banner item after the crucible match itself as well. Also, it should decrease the probability of getting the item you just received each time you get it, and increase the chances of the other items upon token turn it. I shouldn’t be putting all this time into banner and getting the same items that many times. The RNG is broken. Fix it bungie...c’mon. It’s so frustrating beyond what is describable and kinda depressing to play getting nearly punished each time.
Consider the probability changes. Decrease percent chance of getting the same item the more you get it until it’s impossible to get again and increase the percent chance of getting the other items each time.
Who am I kidding. This will go unheard and I’ll end up shoving a sweet business up Saladin’s a** and holding down the trigger the next time I get another SMG.

I myself have opened 15 packages & have got 5 out of 8 IB weapons and only 2 pieces of armor. I mainly keep getting duplicate of regular weapons & armor I already have & don't need or want. I think a reasonable solution is to get rid of all duplicate possibilities to get weapons & armor & go back to having certain people distribute certain weapons & armor and and not have other possibilities from another person. Especially for events like Iron Banner or Faction Rally. As I myself got little to no armor pieces for both events and most if not all weapons associated for both events. But the majority of my loot was garage I already have & & didn't need. At least doing that will better our chances to get the items for said events.

1 RespuestaVery similar experience here. Done about 20 reward packages. Nothing to show for it. Got the scout rifle and SMG everyetime. Sash and AutoRifle once. Really not happy with it.

Iron banner and crucible sucks hard on D2. The lag switchers and cheaters have been coming out of every corner. I'm not talking about single players either, I'm talking about whole clans. I so wish I could post their names on here. Destiny, you gonna just give them a slap on the wrist and say were looking into it like always.

Just to add to it, did all challenges on each character. Went on my favorite and got all garbage again. Duplicates. All duplicates. I’m not destined to get the pulse or auto rifle.

1 RespuestaYou're far from alone on that, Deadpool's pouch. The duplicates are just as high for Iron Banner as they were for the Faction Rally. And armour in general seems rarest to drop. I've started a couple of threads in the feedback forum suggesting changes. Firstly that the game should HAVE to give you an item you've never received after a maximum of 3 duplicates: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/235269014?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1 And secondly that alongside the RNG grind of turning in Event tokens Lord S/Faction Leaders should sell a very small number of items in exchange for event tokens: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/235276558?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1 Like he did in Destiny 1.
