Hunter dodge with torrent cooldown
From where the hunters came from in Destiny 1 with the OG shadestep dodge (2 dodges in quick succession) I think it would be good to have the dodge on the same cool down as the tempest modifier from the nightfall.
Or maybe add an additional dodge, just like how certain exotics gave an additional melee or grenade charge?
Any constructive thoughts, ideas, and opinions are much appreciated.

Make the dodge itself have a separate cool down then the ability, this way hunters aren't constantly Insta-reloading and getting their melee back, but still use the dodge for its original purpose.
