This just started yesterday. When I use my right joystick, looking to the right has a much slower movement speed than looking to the left. It doesn't happen every time, but when it does, the movement stops for half a second like it's catching on something, and then continues but MUCH slower than normal. Because it's random, I have no idea when I won't be able to turn right, and this is a serious problem for end game activities like the raid and trials where movement is essential. This is only happening for Destiny, I checked with other games. It's not the controller, it's not the PS4. This was an issue in Destiny 1 as well, please actually fix it this time.
