MIDA has too much in its arsenal. It’s features are so great that it will always beat out other weapons. The only time another weapon can beat MIDA is if it’s ttk is lower than MIDA. So far though this isn’t the case.
I’d recommend modifying HCR on MIDA so that it only works in PvE. The gun will still be the best at handling, radar, and agility.

Take away hair trigger and the aim down sights faster movement speed and drop the buff added by the mini and make its third eye perk only work for the first few seconds of ads.

Umm. Ya that won’t work without creating an outrage in the community. Even I think that’s a stupid nerf.
