I mean it cant be that hard, there are already times where for no reason what-so-ever coming off a planet (and not a meditation mind you) where I'll spawn in tower by Ikora. Not mad, kinda random, sucks when i needed to go to cryptarch and vault instead, but just shows it would be possible.
