License sharing (digital rights management) is a console feature that Bungie do not have support nor troubleshooting for.
You will need to contact Microsoft for assistance.

Basically the game is not designed for game sharing. Either it will or won't work, Bungie makes no guarantees because they don't support it. Since the game has yet to release no one can tell you if the poreorder bonuses will be available to shared accounts. The only guaranteed way to get the bonus items is to actual or set the he game for each account. If that isn't in the cards then just be aware that the non-purchasing account may not get any of he bonus items. Heck the non-purchasing account may not even be able to play the game as far as we know at this point.
