Returning stock is usually not announced and limited/collectors editions are usually not restocked at all. That's why they're called "limited". Once they are sold out, they are typically sold out for good. If original Destiny 1 limited and collectors editions are any indicator of what to expect, then they are sold out for good. Your only option to get them is via resellers, like on eBay, or checking with your local GameStop to see if they ordered any extra shipments.
