Puerto Rico Governor Says Seeking Title III Bankruptcy For Island

1 RespuestaTheir terrible management of money is why they are not a U.S. state. The U.S. doesn't want to make a bankrupt territory a state and then have to spend money to go in and fix it.

Maybe they wont feel so superior now. They get free rides into US and many act like they are superior to mexicans off that easier path. Young ones are not like that, Only the older ones.
