This video CLEARLY explains and shows that the only items which are guaranteed are old items. And there are a boat load of them. The new Ages items are only possibilities. My opinion below still stands.

This is my opinion.
This loot box is more rigged than ever. Sure we will be able to get three per week, but let's see what's inside.
Everything from any treasure ever. That means you have a chance at getting something that was at any time in any one of these loot boxes ever. The RNG in these boxes will be BRUTAL if you already have stuff from the past and want the new stuff. Honestly it'll be brutal if you want anything specific.
There is a kiosk which allows you to buy individual items. I know.
I'm just for warning people to not spend $$ on treasure boxes unless you are doing so to get silver dust.
Destiny 1 is done. We will do this book and move on. We don't need to be spending $$ on this crap without proper warning and explanation.
And for all those doctorates out there who are so very intelligent:
rig2
riɡ/
verb
past tense: rigged; past participle: rigged
manage or conduct (something) fraudulently so as to produce a result or situation that is advantageous to a particular person.

4 RespuestasWell, fam don't buy them. You can get 3 a week. Also, nothing will carry over so you're braindead if you fork your money into items that won't carry over.
-
9 RespuestasSo where is the fraud or deceit? 1. Because the loot pool is large and therefore a smaller chance of getting what you want does not mean it's rigged. 2. Fraud implies manipulation. In this case, the opposite is true. It's has been stated that your chances of getting a repeat item are the lowest they've ever been. 3. You can earn 3 Treasure of Ages boxes per week. Roughly 26 weeks till D2 releases (mid September) = 78 boxes. 78 chances to get what you want straight up. And stuff you don't want? Some of those can be dismantled for Silver Dust which can be used to purchase that item you do want. Seems like it's actually rigged in your favor, not theirs.
-
We get 3 free chances per week and you still complain about cosmetic stuff? Some of the guardians payed for those stuff and even if it's rigged continue playing d1 after d2 launches and I'm sure you'll get your cosmetic stuff

1 RespuestaDown vote this stupid whiny post
-
Gives me something to do with the silver I have sitting around.
-
6 RespuestasMeans nothing if I DON'T HAVE THE VAULT SPACE FOR IT.
-
I'd at least wait until we've had experience with it so you can make an assumption on them.
-
Well horns, sparrows, emotes and maybe something else I can't think of are obtainable once via package
-
Remember though, once you get one of the items, the chances of getting again are comparable to getting a Gjallarhorn from the Crucible.
-
2 Respuestas
Sure we will get 3 a week.

3
Yea just like sterling treasures. I got the taken set easily just keep opening treasures.
-
Why not wait to judge until you open your first 3 and see what happens?
-
Ugh the voice. So much cringe
-
It's Activision so expect it to be A S S.
-
Who the -blam!- cares? Destiny is nearing an end, do you really want new shit that won't even carry over to Destiny 2?
-
Ur mums rigged
-
2 RespuestasJust remember that non of the shit carriers over, so don't buy anything
-
3 RespuestasI don't think it'll give you some of the stuff you already have. Like sparrows and emotes. That should cut down on the getting repeats
-
Nobody wants to watch your shitty video and hear your stupid voice.
-
The dawning treasures were quite generous so I'm sure these ones will be as well.
-
It is not "rigged" as you say. We haven't even had this loot in the system yet and wont for another week and a half there's already a little whiny brat posting complaints?? I just.......wow......
-
3 RespuestasOh well, never mind. Idiots will still buy them, thanks for that by the way guys, im glad its gotten you all useless items that arent going to carry over. I laughed so hard at you all when they announced it.
-
Yeah, they prob should've switched the possible and guarunteed. I still stick to my belief though that Activi$ion is the cause.
-
6 RespuestasWe get three a week for free why complain.

We get three a week for free why complain.

Actually it is not rigged. If the new items were thrown in with the boatload of new items, it would be less of a chance since the guaranteed items are like 10 new and 300 old. But with them being possibilities, there is a better chance of getting an armor piece.
-
23 RespuestasHey bud, pay attention a little. You are guaranteed one from the first box, one from the second box, and then it's possible to obtain a possible new item. It won't be too hard to get the new stuff at all.
