  • Like it or not - the system now is completly fair. Everyone has the same (crappy) chance to get rewards. Thing is - if it's always the "best" players who get rewards, the "worse" players will never be able to catch up, which in turns makes them stop playing. Besides, how many times have the top 1-2 or 3 players on a team been the guys who have dodgy connections? How is THAT fair, even for people doing well, as you said? You are a decent player, and play your absolute best, but because someone is lagging the game out, you can't hit anything, so you get a bad score. Is that fair?

    The problem is that Destiny is designed for casual players. In basic PvP, giving out the best gear with the odds towards tilted towards whoever performs the best does NOT favor casual players. That's why Trials exists so that players who perform better get better loot when they go Flawless, or raiders who can form competent enough teams to clear challenge mode. Players who win more often in IB will also get to rank 5 faster. Safe to say that Bungie will not make the loot system for basic crucible favorable towards whoever does the best, and will instead keep it neutral like it is now.

  • It would be easier if a legendary weapon was 'announced' as a reward for exceeding a certain score as a player. Additional rewards if your team score exceeds a certain score and top 3 players on both sides get something too.

  • I think only the top three players (In terms of score, on both teams) should have a chance for a legendary.

  • Whenever I see a god roll eyasluna drop for someone I send them hatemail. Eitherway it's completely fair. If only the best players got rewards, only the best players would keep playing.
