I'm not saying that being a Moderator is an easy job, but in my experience, the Ninja Bungie uses around here apply the CoC unevenly and with bias.

Can you honestly tell me that all your sources that have been suspended or banned didn't deserve it? It doesn't matter if they engage retaliatory posts to defend "FoundMountains" honor or "FoundMountain" him or herself (or itself or xemself or verself whatever idiotic liberal gender neutral pronoun they can muster) lashes out at someone who "started it" and is banned as a result. They are violating the Code of Conduct just the same.

I would love to see an example of someone who didn't deserve a ban or a "time out" that received one. Remember, retaliatory posts are no more acceptable than they are obligatory. If whoever you mentioned was banned on that premise, you don't really have a leg to stand on, nor condemn the Moderators.

I am not going to bother to go looking for an example, but any of us who have been here since Day 1 and were part of The Great Schism know the bias is real (and that it cuts both ways). And, I never even suggested that retaliatory posts were in any way different - or should be treated differently - than the initial insulting post. Not sure why you went there.
