Where to get Ice Breaker?
Is it true it's RNG from Zavala's bounties? I've completed 3 yesterday and, of course, nothing.
Is this gonna be the same bullshit like Shiro's bounties and Thorn? I only got it on 3d week completing all of them on all 3 characters.
