Cuffs?
Okay, so I recently started wearing sweat pants, I used to stick with shorts or pants or tights or w/e I could find but never really cared for sweat pants and nowadays I see people wearing sweatpants with and without cuffs, growing up I used to only see cuffed ankles and now this, the opposite has happened with khaki pants, used to be straight and pressed, now they're worn everywhere with these huge ankle cuffs... who is responsible for this? Lol
