Why can't people use primaries?
One on ones are getting worse and worse since every match I go into there is at least one or two players who constantly run around with secondary weapons. Please someone tell me if there is something that can be done?

Yeah. If you shoot them in the face a few times they die before they get in range to shotgun you.
