Festival of the Cost, Week 2.

And disappointed. I probably set myself up for, tbh. I was hoping that when I log in there'd be more quests to do for a chance at Treasures. Nothing at all. There's still zero content. Ignore Trials for a moment, and let's see what's supposed to last us 2 weeks. Copy-paste Quest from last year. One new quest that involves killing a bunch of enemies. And then you're done. Bungie really had a good opportunity to reveal for content for week 2 of FotL(C).

  • To me FotL is something that has left a foul taste in my mouth instead of being something in anyway fun. I was stupid enough to buy some silver in the hope of getting the ghost shells and sparrow etc. After the disappointment of opening package after package, and not getting what you wanted, you stop and look at the crap items you did get (from spending your hard earned money) and you get hit with the feeling like you have just been conned. I understand no one held a gun to my head and forced me to buy them but if I had know the drop rates on the good items where as low as what people have worked out (1 or 2%) I would never have wasted my money on this. FotL has proven to be a shameless money grab and I am surprised that Bungie was so eager to burn so much of the goodwill the player have for Destiny in this way. It is most surprising that they would do this when they hope to bring the old players back and hook people in for Destiny 2 and beyond.
