The question is this: for those of you around in year one that experienced pure RNG for exotic weapons (with the exception of the few exotic bounty quests), do you like it better now that the exotic heavy hitters are quest lines? I know that completing the quest line guarantees you get the weapon, but I personally miss the anticipation of completing a nightfall or opening and exotic chest hoping that I might end up with a 1st tier weapon like Icebreaker or Ghorn. Now it's more like "yay, another Suros". Just curious what everyone's thoughts are. Do you miss the exciting possibilities like me, or are you happy having a guaranteed path to the weapon you covet?
