We need a postmaster rework RIGHT NOW
I've been grinding archon's forge in order to complete shiro's bounties recently , and after farming 7-10 bosses , I usually look at my postmaster to see if there's anything interesting , and everytime I see some interesting legendaries and think "yeah I'll go to the tower and pick them up" but when I arrive there , guess what ?
ALL the rare engrams that were lying around in the forge pushed out the legendaries that were in my postmaster !
rare engrams should NEVER cause you legendaries to be lost , NEVER !! Just make it hierarchy thing where exotics can only get lost if everything else is exotic and legendaries can only get lost if everything else is higher rarity etc .

Bump . Just happened again . I was doing hard mode on my titan , dropped a 393 chest piece that went to the postmaster at siege engine , and by the time we finished the raid by killing aksis , everything in my postmaster got replaced by blue engrams . Didn't think I would get 20+ blue engrams with just ONE PHASE of the raid . So what now , we're supposed to go back to orbit between each raid boss if we don't have 20+ empty spots in our inventory or else we lose loot ?

DAMN RIGHT! I had six legendary items replaced with blue junk bags last night. When you have a strong group people tend to start the next event immediately after one finishes. I barely have enough time to discard the greens and never make it to the blues. How hard is it to add a couple of "if, then" lines of code so that if you have an exotic or legendary, then do not replace it with garbage.

Did they even run Forge for 30 minutes in test so they could see this problem for themselves? I think they did not. Very annoying you have make trips the tower frequently to not lose valuable items to greens and blues. Would be nice if the cryptarch could decode them right from the postmaster too.

agreed, the postmaster should be able to hold 2 or 3 pages of engrams, i have lost so many things like that because even greens glut the postmaster now

It's an even bigger mess considering how much hassle it is to get a full lobby going in Forge!
