Cannot Claim Pre-Order Bonuses! (PS4)
I pre-ordered the rise of iron from so I could get the iron gjallarhorn and the iron gjallarwing but they're not in any of my postmasters on any characters. I want this fixed!
Any way to contact Bungie about this?!

Contacted Amazon and they sent me the two codes I needed.
Apparently this is a big issue for people who ordered through Amazon.

I preordered mine right off the PS store and when I logged in on launch day everything was in my postmaster waiting. Didn't have any codes to put in at all.

I preordered from game as well. The code they email is just the dlc and the pre order bonuses are sent with the keyring and postcards that they give as an exclusive. Received it in the post this morning!

3 RespuestasIf you got your code from gamestop (add-on version) it's just pre-paid value of $29.99 (money code) an not a dlc content that you think you paid for. You have to claim the DLC within the game before September 20 2016 or your fk LOL

I got the gally...emblem and spark but didn't get my sparrow and horn....I pre ordered with Best Buy....I got 3 codes, 1 for the game...1 for the sparrow....and 1 for the gally..

2 Respuestasthey should have given you a separate code to input on the ps store. if you have a Game card and used it when you preordered it should show on there so they can give you a code if you go back in if they f**ked up and didn't give you it. mine were two separate receipts he stapled together
