If you don't get anything after 7 or 8, just give up for the day. I don't know how bungie works it...nobody really does. But some days, they just have it out for you, and you ain't getting anything. I used 2 the other day on ib and got an exotic. I played trials twice and got a doctrine. I've got a friend who plays trials every weekend and has never gotten a dop.
