So I noticed when gearing up for Banner last night that the base stat at the top of the first column on a couple of my exotic warlock gauntlets now show 0 as the base stat and +16 or 17 when the bubble is selected. I haven't had a chance to go through all my armor but it is definitely not just a display issue as I can't get to Tier 10 load outs I used to be able to do. Please help.
