SOLVED Problem pre-ordering Rise Of Iron expansion

I checked mine and apparently there was an error with the payment which resulted in me playing ttk for free. I still had to pay because I didn't get the license for ttk. So i bought ttk again and after that I was able to preorder Rise of Iron.

They also had me send in screenshots of my trophy as evidence that i played TTK and the message i get when trying to pre order Rise of Iron. I encourage everyone with the same issue to do the same so they know the amount of players it applies to.[/b][/u]

Hi Bungie,
I tried pre-ordering the Rise Of Iron but it says i'm not able to because i do not own TTK.
I've pre-ordered TTK before its release and have been playing it without any problems, same goes for the TDB & HOW.
It does however give me the option to buy TTK.
I've tried restoring my licences which didn't work and everything has been downloaded on my account only (All digital purchases).
Any solution to this? Is there anyone else with a similar problem?

2 RespuestasCommenting again: So apparently even though i pre-ordered TTK money were never taken from my Paypal account, which meant i never actually had TTK , but i was still able to play it due to some problem in PS Store system. I discovered that with a Live Chat with a Sony operator, and now i happily pre-ordered Rise Of Iron and bought TTK ! Hope this helps

3 RespuestasWeirdly enough I had the exact same issue as mentioned in the below replies by Onetel2 and vthickies1996!! Getting annoyed at the situation, and with no apparent solution when the issue was raised last week, I went back through my PSN Wallet transaction history and PayPal history to get order numbers and dates to then contact Sony/PlayStation. Turns out that I preordered the Taken King in August last year......but the order was cancelled (shown in transaction status on PS4 Wallet) and I haven't paid anything for it. This of course being strange as I've played that expansion to death since its release!! Soooooo....as other people are now mentioning, there may have been a glitch somewhere allowing people to get the Taken King for nothing and only now is it coming to light as it's a requirement for ROI and we find out we don't actually own it! Odd, odd and indeed...odd!

2 RespuestasI have the exact same problem. Day one player and all previous expansions purchased (as downloads) and played on same PS4....all fairly normal things. Says 'Not available for purchase' 'You do not own: Destiny: The Taken King' Pretty strange but surely it'll get looked into. Only couple of days since the reveal so should be sorted by September I'd hope!!
