Make the Joyride Ghost shell legendary
This is the special ghost from a redbull quest. You get a legendary sparrow do why not make the ghost legendary. It's something that would be very quick and would make the ghost a lot more enjoyable. And it must be infusible as well. Please Bungie do this for us.
