I believe it is a "ghost" remnant of the pocket infinity exotic quest line. I believe its the first part had you going to venus to find some dead ghost. Its more of a quest item per se, but the said quest no longer exists.

Yep, you are right. I was just about to say the same thing. Couldn't remember if it was for Pocket Infinity or Super Good Advice.

I already had pocket infinity from year 1.

I was assuming that, but like i said its a renment of an old quest item. Im 100% certian that the ghost from the old quest was in that same spot. That explains why you got no extra grimore score increase for the "new Ghost" and why noone discovered it yet.

It's a glitch where it still shows up from time to time.
