Get the rusted iron ring before messing with the hydra. And watch out for the floor because there's a ledge you'll fall down and die to if you get to close to the hydra

Because if you do... Boy. An old friend got upgraded and wants to say hello, and he is [i]not[/i] happy. Ps: You also want to go back to your cell for a doll. You'll need it to access a special area later on in the game.
