Dear bungie I need closure! I went flawless in trials almost 7 months ago and never got "the lighthouse" grimoire card.. I keep on trying to go flawless again but It just won't happen. I have contacted you so many times now and not a single response has been given.. I don't care about any loot from trials I just want my card so I can maxout.. ( (my old post) Dear bungie I invested a lot of money and time into destiny. And I love the game. I have been trying to go flawless for along time and finally got it 3 months ago but never received "the lighthouse" grimoire card! Witch was the only reason I tried in the first place. I contacted a mod on the forum 3 months ago same night as I went flawless but got no response. I want and deserve that grimoire card! Im going for max grimoire and think it's rubbish that you guys won't even give a response to why this happened. It's makes me sad to be honest. I invest so much time, effort and money in to this game... and I also made a video showing the problem. Please bungie I don't care about any of the trials of osiris loot, I just want the grimoire card... if you would just listen for the sake of a diehard destiny fan. Please fix this problem.)
